Can someone go over the exceptions?

I understand the following:

1) Odd number of atoms = you can't balance it out and have a radical
2) Boron, Be - have 6 instead of 8
3) P - can have 10, S - have 12

Am I missing anything else?

Elements beyond row 3 generally don't obey the Octet rule.

Al also has 6 and H, of course, has only 2
