Where to begin...?

I'll move right to the education since that's where my question sits. I have been a business executive for the past 20 years. I did not finish my BA/BS however, did engage in a few executive education programs leading to certificates in business administration and finance. I have recently decided that at some point I would like to work in healthcare as a Physician Assistant for the remainder of my professional life.

Now the curve ball:

I do have a MBA from the University of Wales, England as I lived in Europe for many years. I was able to be "excused" from my BA/BS prior to entry based on my years of senior level experience. I did do well in my program leading to a 3.2 GPA and a concentration in Law. The University of Wales is a highly recognized educational institution and their MBA programs are consistently ranked globally in the top 50 so it's not a degree mill in any sense.

So the question:

How do I get in to Physician Assistant school with explaining that I don't have a BA/BS yet do have a Masters? The situation is probably something they're not familiar with since it's not incredibly common. I will obviously, do the pre-requisite work prior to application.

I appreciate your analysis, questions, and responses.

your academic background shouldn't be a problem.
do you have any health care experience? that is often the make or break feature of a pa school application. many quality programs are looking for > 1000 hrs of hce and a few top programs want 4000+ and end up admitting folks with 8000+
