Experience Needed: Automatic Secondaries

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Not necessarily a good idea to apply to only schools that don't screen. Getting screened out means that you probably didn't have a chance even if you had filled out the secondaries. Why waste another $100 on filling out a secondary if you're not going to get in anyway?

The way i see it. Schools that don't screen are trying to make a buck off of their applicants.

well said, sad but true

Most schools don't screen, per responses above.

If you're lucky, you'll have more schools with $65-$70 secondary fees and not $135 fees.

It's easier if you ask which schools do screen bc like ppl mentioned above, most do not screen.

All the Univ of Calif. screens and so does Mayo, Vanderbilt.
