Which experimental methods should we be familiar with for this exam

so far I have

Distillation
Thin Layer Chromatography
Gas Chromatography
NMR
Electrophoresis
Autoradiography
Centrifugation

What else?

I don't think we need to know much about autoradiography...

There's IR , northern/southern blotting, PCR, radiolableing, too....
but basically all the ones you've come in contact in your courses. You'll be fine if you don't know some b/c the passage always gives more than necessary detail for them.

Western blotting too (for protein detection).
