Just curious as a student... how would one go about transferring a patient you see in your outpatient office to someone who does more experimental treatment for tx-resistant cases of OCD? That is, after intense therapy/CBT/ERP and frontline pharmacological treatments (including augmentation) were tried and failed or become unfeasible? I'm talking about the folks who do things like ketamine treatment and the like.
