I have a question for the nontrads who applied to medical school several years after completing their undergraduate degree. Did you only include ECs that you participated in during your post-bacc, or did you include everything you've done since starting college? Obviously I know things from high school aren't relevant.

Let's say I graduated with a degree in 2013 and was very involved on campus and did a lot of volunteering and some research also. ECs that are relevant to medicine. Is it ok to include all of that if I apply to medical school in 2018? On that note, does it look bad if the majority of my ECs are from my previous degree, and in comparison I've done a lot less volunteering and shadowing since the beginning of my post-bacc?

Thanks in advance!

I have some stuff that will be 5+ years old when I apply, and I'm still including them because they are good experiences. Yolo.
