exertional dyspnea, mild, nonproductive cough.
accessory muscles for resp
CXR shows flattened diaphragm
bronchovascular patterns do not extend to periphery
cardiac silhouette lengthened and narrowed

What changes in airway are seen

answer was distention of air spaces distal to term bronchioles

Emphysema?? only this I thought was "flattened diaphragm" could mean barrel chested.
