I am curious about what constitutes a wrong answer - do you actually have to get select the wrong answer OR will leaving a question unanswered also contribute to the number incorrect. I know on the real deal, leaving a Q blank = a wrong answer, but I was wondering if this was the case on the NBME as well - I ran out of time on the last block and left a good batch of questions blank...

A blank answer is a wrong answer, there is no penalty for guessing compared to leaving it blank.
