Is there a list of scholarships that students can apply to before they’ve actually started medical school?

My best bet would be for you to look to see if you have some local community scholarships available. You might have some decent odds for getting some of them. I got a lot of need-based aid in undergrad and an extra $10k between 4 renewable community scholarships that together helped me avoid taking on any undergrad debt. I've been checking ahead with some of them to see if I could also reapply for med school purposes, and some of them seem open to that last time I checked

In addition to the above sources a lot of schools compile their own lists of external scholarships to hand out with financial aid info on interview days. Start checking finaid websites of as many schools as possible or even emailing schools directly to see if they have any info
