I was just wondering how important it is to have stellar extra-curriculars? I have a job at a hospital, I've volunteered for over 120 hours at a hospital, I'm a church board member so I help out with the community and events, I'm on a couple clubs and I've shadowed a podiatrist multiple times.

You're good.

Do certain schools weigh ec's heavily, I mean I know a well rounded app is pretty much what they're looking for.

Haha, you're applying to pod school, my friend. What they're looking for is a GPA of mediocre+, and a dead-center average MCAT, give or take a couple points.

Everything else is just gravy.

Haha I've heard that before what exactly does that mean?? R u saying I'm good bc I also have a 3.3 gpa.

Apply early and often. As long as your science GPA isn't far below ~2.9, you'll be golden. Here's some matriculant data:

As long as you apply at the beginning of the cycle, nothing really matters except GPA and MCAT. If those are both awful, you might be able to use LoRs and ECs to your advantage, but I wouldn't worry about it too much if I were you.
