I heard or read somewhere that people submit more than 3 letters of rec...and that one is sent later that way

how is it possible to submit more than 3 letters of rec if you only have 3 spots on the CAS application for such?

best of luck to all my (hopefully) future colleages...

CAS will not distribute more than 3 letters. That late letter is no longer possible. If you wanted to send one in, you would have to do so yourself...

So to send extra letter(s), you should make copies of it and send it to the programs you applied to? I can't think of another way besides sending in a photocopied letter. This is the only way right?

does anyone know if it is preferred to bring in an extra letter by hand during the interview? or send the letter via snailmail to add to your app?

i probably won't submit a late letter unless it is a potentially mind-changing letter (strong, and from a big wig)...

I would guess that it is better to send the letter in before to add to your app.

I got a great letter from the director of rads at a community hospital. The letter is great and I am debating whether I should send this in. What do you guys think?
