Extra LORs

Hi,

I know this question has been asked before but I don't think there's been a definitive answer yet.. How do we send extra LORs to schools? I didn't have a committee letter.

Can I have the recommender email it to the admissions department of each school w my AADSAS #? I think it's awkward to send it myself because that implies that I've read it.

Also, do we have the chance to submit additional letters via AADSAS during the academic update period?
