DesertPT, that's so true!

Unfortunately, a lot of clinics still follow gurus. I wound up leaving one clinic, partly due to its tunnel-vision dedication to a certain guru. Many of their treatment philosophies were sound, but I felt like anytime I strayed outside of treating in a certain manner, I would get challenged or questioned about my methods....even when patients were making improvements. It was annoying!!!

After this discussion I'm inclined to believe the DPT has a large emphasis on putting grads into their career with the right perspective that many older professionals may or may have not hopped onto during practice.
