Could somebody explain me what that means?

I've been treated against Chlamydia and the treatment ended 30 days ago. I wannted to doublecheck whether I was clean again so I got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea.

The result was:
Chlamydia:
IgG 0.09 negative
IgM 0.28 negative
IgA 0.24 negative

Smear test:
Extracellular Gram-negative diplococcus: positive
Leucocytes: few
Epithelial cells: few

The reason why I went to doctor for the first time was due to a small discharge that I have if I milked my penis. It is clear, but sticky, mucus.
What could cause this bacteria to be present?
Could I have some other urinal infection rather than Gonorrhea?

I took antibiotics recently and I really wouldn't like to do it again, but my doctor said this would be the best.
I cannot change my doctor easily so I was wondering if I could get any advice how to proceed?

Thank you a lot.
