Hi. I was wondering how much residency programs value extracirricular acitivites. I have average/ slightly above average year 1 and 2 grades, an average step one score, and strong clinical evals. I was president of the running club at my school but didn't really get too involved in anything else. I'm currently an MSIII, if ECs are important is there anything I can do starting this year to fill in the gaps? Thanks.
