Extracurricular activities (What can i include)

So i feel i have a lot of things to include for this but are they legit.

e.g. Indoor Soccer, Tutoring, Coaching Rec. Soccer, Piano, Guitar, Mentoring Undergrads, Part of a Grant Committee, Research.

Basically, should i include piano guitar in these activities or should i just put them in dexterity section. Also, what about the indoor soccer does this count?

All of those would work as extracurriculars (put the instrument playing in the manual dexterity section).
