Thanks for the time. I appreciate it. I am starting DO school and decided on gunning for radiology. Do you think I need to do extracurricular activities while in school and if so, what should I do? Thanks for your wisdom😀

Any advice I could give would be pure speculation based on what I think would be appropriate/beneficial.

Personally, I immediately got involved with the medical student radiology interest group at my school. If one does not exist, take the initiative to create one. Use this group as an opportunity to get to know the radiology faculty at your institution / affiliated teaching hospitals.

Beyond that, I can't think of any specific EC that would be of extreme benefit.
