Earlier on in my pre-dental path, my advisor suggested including website links for certain extracurriculars if they would prove helpful. Do you guys think that this is worth using up the characters? Will they even look at them?

Great GPA and DAT will be highly look upon, but without any extracurricular activities, it may indicate that you are more of a book worm rather than well-rounded person. With that being said, you should try to look at extracurricular activities that you like to do and something that will help your applications in the future. I suggest you joining in organization that will make you unique as a person, and not a cookie-cutting applicant. For example, maybe volunteer at a mentally disabled hospital.

I'm not sure they'll bother opening up all of your website links. The objective of the character limit is to make you summarize your duties/responsibilities in a short succinct manner.

Thanks! I'm very involved in theatre, public speaking and student leadership, so I think I'll have enough other experiences. What do you think the best format for descriptions is? Sentence structure? Bullet points? Resume-style phrases?
