Extracurriculars

During undergrad my extracurriculars were mostly limited to my work involved with my sorority where I held several positions. I also did an extensive amount of my volunteer work via my sorority. I was wondering how I would document volunteer work, especially since they were scattered in dates and/or for small amounts of time (~8 hrs)?

Can you call it "Alpha Beta Gamma philantropy work" and put a total amount?
