1) 519 is an excellent score, and congrats on the 132s on C/P and B/B!
2) Any subscore above 125 (50th percentile) is usually considered acceptable. I don't know about top tier schools specifically, but if you have a good GPA and the rest of your app is strong, I think you would have a decent shot. Your score will most certainly not be automatically screened out.
3) That score is highly competitive at mid-tier medical schools, so apply to those as well!
4) Good luck!

EDIT: Wrote wrong score.

Thank you! I have a 4.0, strong letters, and pretty good ECs, so I would love to shoot for the top 20. CARS was never my strong suit, but I was hoping to do better than a 126. I know there are no such thing as safety schools, but could you recommend any schools that would be on the safer side for my application? Thanks for your help!
I'm applying right now with pretty similar stats (3.9/520), and I admit I included a lot of top 20s. My best advice is to apply to any schools that are in-state for you. Aside from that, if you have MSAR, find schools with a lower range of verbal scores (from the old MCAT). Personally, I live in the Northeast and am applying to a lot of schools in Boston, NYC, and Philly, both top-tier and mid-tier. If you live in the vicinity of a few bigger cities with medical schools, apply broadly to those as well. Best of luck!

Do I have to reach through the electrons and smack you upside the head???

Quit fussing and take two of these:

I was ecstatic to see my MCAT score of a 519, and still am, but I'm worried that my uneven subscore may limit me from applying to top tier schools. My breakdown was 132/126/132/129....any thoughts or advice are very appreciated!

Perfect scores on both hard science sections and a 4.0 GPA will turn some heads. Maybe apply a little more broadly than you originally intended, but you'll be fine.
