I say picking up the New York Times or any newspaper and reading couple of articles a day will help you by testing time. Also, during your break on the day of your exam, read a short clipping of an article, just so that you get your mind going for the reading comprehension part.
It's been statistically shown (read an article in regard to MCATs) and from what's been said on the forums that people do worse on their first passages than their later ones. Mainly because their brain needs to get in the "mood" of reading after working on the sciences and in this case, the PATs.
I'm currently reading JAMA, The Journal of the American Medical Association every day for about an hour to get my mind going and ready for the test day.
Hope this helps!
