Eyes would come under ecto ormeso or endoerm?? I mean its vision but i am thinking nervous system so ectoderm??

Ya, I'm pretty sure its from the ectoderm

Kaplan pg 574 has a breakdown of the germ layers if you need it.

kind of a vague question if you ask me. formation of the lens initiates the whole eye development process (ectoderm), yet the sclera and cornea which we actually see as the "eye" is derived from the mesoderm.

so if i was presented with this question in context of a study guide, i think i would just take away the concept of inducible development from one germ layer to another (the lens from the ectoderm induces the rest of the eye to form from the mesoderm)

[of course someone is going to try and call me out on the last sentence, but yes, i know i know the retina is formed from the neuro-ectoderm as well, but hopefully you get what saying]
