F-1 Visa Students Delayed Responses?

Do you guys know if schools set aside F-1 Visa students' applications for separate reviews? I have not heard any responses from USC and Western and my primary application was turned in mid August. Thanks for your input!

I would guess the answer is yes. If you look at previous years' stats, not many international students have gotten accepted. Among them, huge amount of people is from Canada. It makes sense that those schools that accept international students have different admissions standard for international applicants.
