FA 2003 vs 2004

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
There was virtually nothing new. The most meaningful addition was a full-scale biochemistry pathways illustration/scheme but these can be found all over Lippincott's or other biochemistry texts.

i don't recall details, but someone actually went to the store or something to compare the two, and listed a few changes (like in pharm i think), basically they said not to bother buying the new, but a search to find specifics.

I did. the pharm section is reorganized. Added a few drugs, but nothing that isnt in your standard pharm review book/ you heard about in class. The rest of it is pretty much the same.

1 go to B&N.
2 Buy a small coffe.
3 Bring your 2003.
4 Get the 2004 from the store.
5 Write down changes (There are few, not more than an hour).
6 That's all.
Good luck

I used 2003 and thought that there actually was a significant amount of material that was different (I was looking over my buddies shoulder). It is better organized and there are some figures (storage dzs etc.) that have been added that really help. As for the pharm, it is better organized in terms of organ systems.

Needless to say, you dont need to buy the new one if you have the old, just be aware that you might want to copy some of that stuff down.
