Anyone else notice that these page numbers are terribly off? Does anyone have a document of corrected page numbers? I realize I could turn page by page and make one, I'm lazy.

I know that McGraw Hill has the corrected version on their website. Go search there or google....you now know that it at least exists.

Get the 2006 version. Its system based and there are a few extra pics and diagrams and added corrections (PAN not associated with P-ANCA). Just finished for the second time and used the 2005 with it to make sure I didnt miss anything.

already highlighted and annotated a bunch of 2005 and I've been using Step Up for systems based stuff so I think I'm gonna stick with the '05 edition.

Great, just make sure that the step up your using is the second edition. The first one is filled with errors. The second one is great lots of good pics especially renal.
