Has anyone noticed how much First Aid for Step 1 changes each year on average? I'm greatly leaning towards getting the most recent copy (2006) now and taking notes/marking it up during this year for May/June. I know that the book will change, but will there be substantial differences?
I'm pretty sure no one can answer this completely, but any general idea is greatly appreciated. TIA

They just made a big change making it systems-based for the 2006 edition, so I doubt another big change.
