I'm one of those people that can't just read something and absorb it. I was told that the first FA pass should be more about understanding than memorizing. For those of you who aren't primary readers, what do you do in the first pass (draw diagrams, take notes, etc)? And even for the readers, what do you do when you get to the charts or stuff like micro where there's no real conceptual thinking necessary?

According to The League an Eskimo Brother is when two men share a female's "Igloo". Now, you have me stumped here, what is an Eskimo "Friend"?

As to your question I found going through Rx was great for crushing those detail intensive chapters. Microcards added a little context as well.

lol it's a song. The lyrics say "I look to my Eskimo Friend when I'm down"
And yeah I plan on doing practice questions every day. I'm just terrified of stuff like micro and pharm that are so detail oriented.
