I've heard surprisingly little about the other two FA (for USLME Step 1) books. There's FA: "Cases" and FA: "Q & A" as well as the actual FA.

When people mention FA, they mean the original one, right? And are those other two valuable at all? I'm surprised I've heard so little about them...

There's also FA Organ Systems and FA General Principles

But when people say FA, they mean FA for the USMLE step 1... anything else is just gravy.

You only need FA for step 1 (the book people refer to when they say FA) when it comes to the FA series. Now you can save your money and forget about the other two. They do not add to the original book, and provide questions that are better addressed in USMLEWorld. Good luck.
