FA Question for NYCOM...

I was accepted to NYCOM back in January, but haven't filled out any financial aid info yet (was waiting to hear from other schools). However, it says that the packet was due a month after acceptance or April 1. I didn't think there would be such an early deadline!! Is this a major problem or am I ok?? Is anyone in the same boat as me??

Ummmm most schools I talked to wanted you have filled out your FASFA but Feburary at the latest for consideration this fall. I know I had mine finished in Janunary just to make sure I don't have to wait extra long. So, April isn't really an early deadline.

With that ebign said there still are plenty of people on waitlists and the like that haven't had any financial aid stuff done yet. So, I am sure your not alone in that. What I would do is call the financial aid office and see what they have to say about your course of action from this point on. But I would say get it done sooner than later. 🙂

I would call NYCOM's financial aid office.
They'll tell you exactly what to do....
