If you had to pick one to present at, which one is better in terms of resume building?

Academy would be preferred. ARVO accepts almost anything. But presenting at either is worthwhile.

I think its the content that matters most. The next is with whom you co-authored with. I doubt it really matters between the academy or ARVO.
