I am in the process of submitting my application. For those of you who have successfully completed the process, is it OK to submit references that are employed by the same hospital? For example, I am part of the trauma division. Is it OK to list the general surgery division docs as references?

One other question...If we did a lot of locums at a bunch of different hospitals for 24-48 hrs at a time, do we really need to include all of those in the application?
