EVERYONE i've emailed that has interviewed/gotten into pco this cycle, has said that they have gotten fact based questions on their interview such as

1. Name the 3 recent developments in optometry
2. tell me the top 5 researchers in optometry
3. how many sugar cubes would fill this building?
4. physics problem with incline plane and weight, and were asked to find the forces
5. some ochem problems.

I've talked to older students (ones in school now), and they say that never happened to them. But the newer ones say that the interviews are getting harder this cycle and anyone pretty much is granted an interview. i dont know what to believe...

lmao. I'm sure glad I never applied to PCO.

I looked at your old posts and you said you did?

No. PCO actually wouldn't LET me apply.

I don't know if it's still the same but at the time, they had a requirement that you had to have a C or better in all pre-req classes. I had a C- in some sort of first year chem class so they said I had to retake it even though I was in my third year of university and had made As and Bs in upper level chem courses.

I pointed that out to them and also told them that me school wouldn't even LET me retake first year chem at that point because I would have gotten 100.

They said that I still couldn't apply. lol. After reading your original post, I'm glad that's the case!
