Faded “Dreads” for Interviews

So without the ability to get a haircut for much of COVID my twists ended up growing into this faded dreadlock/killmonger style, except my side hair will be more faded.

Will the look be a problem for vita/interviews (I know to shave facial hair)?

Yes it’s actually me, but this is a burner account (couldn’t find an exact hairstyle on the internet that matched).

Knew dreads were an iffy subject and just wanted to make sure my style was short/neat enough haha. Glad I won’t have to shave my head.
