Hi! I was extremely lucky and received an acceptance from one of my top choices, but I had a few more interviews coming up that I no longer feel like I want to attend because of my A. Is it common courtesy to send an email withdrawing? or should I just withdraw from the secondary portal?

Some people told me that I should still interview at the other schools, but the other schools are OOS DO schools and the school I got into is an IS MD. Am I being stupid if I withdraw from these interviews?

thank you 🙂

It happens all the time. If you know your school is "the one," do the DO schools a favor and find other people to interview. Besides MD and DO systems don't crosstalk, but we all understand.

Email is fine. If they ask you to do something more formal, they'll tell you.
