Are the FAFSA federal school codes for the dental schools the same as the codes for the undergrads? 😕

and if anyone has all the codes for the dental schools.. could you please provide a link or something? thanks

I don't know if they are the same for the undergrad schools or not. If you have a question about the code it should be on the school's financial aid information site/booklet.

if u fill out the fafsa online, it will let u search for the schools's codes. some of them sounded fishy when i did it (such as BU-- it gave a code for med school and undergrad only i think), so i did a search of those schools' websites. they can be tricky to find, but look in the financial aid sections of the websites first.

Yeah when I search for the school codes online, I find only the undergrads and/or the medical school's codes.. but never the dental ones..

I cant seem to find the codes on the school websites except for like 1 school. Oh well, maybe I'll dig through some more pamphlet info I was given at the interviews.

what school are you looking for in particular? Why not call the financial aid office at the school you're going to?

I'm missing the school codes for UMDNJ, Buffalo, Stony Brook and Michigan.. so if anybody knows them specifically for the dental school.. please let me know!

I could be wrong (it happens), but I believe the codes are the same for each portion of the institution.

Yeah I tried.. but my two main schools FA office, I get the answering machines... and one FA dude is out of town until next Tuesday... and the Admissions Offices dont know them. 🙁
