FAFSA if no acceptances yet?

So, for those of you like me who are hoping to start school this fall but don't have an acceptance yet, how do you handle the FAFSA? I always made a point of getting mine in by the end of this month or so in undergrad, but then I only had to list one school and I knew that's where I'd be. Should I just go ahead and submit a FAFSA end of Jan/beg of Feb and list the schools where I've been offered interviews, even if I haven't heard back yet? I don't want to seem presumptious, but I'm afraid of not getting accepted until may/june and finding out it's too late then to apply. Sorry if this question has been asked already, I haven't seen it and am not sure how to proceed since I don't know if or where I'll be attending school in August. 😕

mistress, i would also add the schools where you didn't get invites also, just in case they come calling.
