So I usually make a little bit of money, enough to have to fill out my own tax return to get my money back but this year i didn't make jack.

So my question is, can I have my brother claim me on his taxes so he can benefit from education credits? Will this affect my FAFSA and needaccess applications? I usually report my parent's tax information and get some institutional grants!!
