FAFSA question

I have never applied for FAFSA before so I had a question since I am applying for the 2010-2011 school year for pharmacy. I live at home and my dad paid for my undergrad, so I was a dependent student then. Are you automatically considered an independent student for graduate school? I did not work in 2009 so I have no tax return to file so I'm not sure if I use my parents'.
