Failed ck (208); need advice, please.

I recently received my ck score and I failed (208, only 1 point away 🙁 ):

I used MTB 2 and 3 and UW qbank, what other materials do I need to read to increase my chances in the next try?
my NBME and UWSE assessments fluctuated between 211 and 240

Any advice is welcomed regarding my residency chances:
I'm 2014 graduate, step 1 221 1st attempt, cs pass 1st attempt.

Can you please help me regarding USCE, observership, and research position? I need your help on how to find an opportunity!

What you need right know are not any reseach traineeships. You need to proof that this was a one time blooper Do eversthing it takes to score 250+ when you retake it. Then it´s easy to talk to PD about that one fail where you had some bad diarrhea/headache/were too nervous/ girlfriend broke up etc.
