Failed COMLEX and begging for help!

I am in need of help. I just checked my comlex score and well i failed miserably. I managed to get an amazing 388 which makes me feel like a total idiot and to the point of why even try. Please I simply cant piece together what to do and need some guidance.🙁

My study plan consisted of Waking up in the morning doing about 50-100 questions which included reading the explanations. I would eat breakfast in between that and then lunch I took and hour or so and then started with DIT. I followed the program and did exactly what they said and read the study guide and FIRST AID. I did the entire workbook with their questions and study materials workbook and basically saying I did what they said. I would take 5-15minute break between each video since I did the 2011 DIT version. Prior to doing full boards studying and during the semester I watched all the DIT videos and was reading saveressee. I read saveressee each night for a good chunk of time. The qbank I usbe for COMLEX 1 was combank. I went thru all of combanks questions at least once and managed to get thru about half of it on a second run thru.

I finished each night with questions about 30 or so with explanations and reading saveresee.

🙁Again I am on my knees begging for help and guidance and would greatly appreciate any help. If you even help me pass I would pay you for the knowledge and guidance and advice you may have provided.

I would recommend Pathoma, ComQuest and I liked DIT 2012 better than 2011. Pathoma will help you understand, so I would definetly try it out. Also, UWorld is a great tool for learning + understanding material.

I forgot to add in there that I did do all of UWORLD also. I am a very horrible test taker in general. Should I by a program or seek tutoring somehow? All my school is going to tell me is you didnt study and it is my fault I failed. I literally studied 12-16 hours a day

I was averaging around 73 on uworld and on an 80 on combank. Comsae I cant remember since its been a while and I do know that i didnt do wel.

I dont know when to retake or how to study now since what i was doing clearly didnt work. Should I go to like Kaplan live and online programs or Pass programs or buy boards boot camp.

I only marked a max of ten since they had some stuff involving lab values. Othr than that if i mark questions i tend to change my original answers to the wrong answer lol I just dont know how to begin studying again or to do what i originally did or buy into a program

you seem like you know the material from your averages.. i guess you either need more practice with comlex type q or need to practice taking long testing sessions. How did u feel when going thro the sections? did u finish? if you;ve taken one comsae i would take another see what your doing wrong and do comquest. find the score you got on the comsae u took and try to see if it correlates.

i finshed except one section where i didnt get to the last question or two.It could be fatigue. I thought I did well since I at least recognized all the material or at least I say hey I have seen that before

i would hit comquest and do around 3-4 blocks timed one after another. then review.. see how you are doing. and take a comsae. if you are doing <60% u need to review with something like pathoma. >60% i dunno.. there is another thread like this, ask for advice from sylvanthus, deDO, or someone else in the comlex 2012 thread, they did well on their exams. i havnt taken the actual exam yet, just been studying. I agree with this. Your %'s were ok, but I dont think you did enough questions at one time. Do timed block questions and then review the answers. Combank questions were too easy and did not really completely represent what I had on my comlex. UWORLD was great for understanding the material. Personally, I would dump DIT I thought it was a complete waste of time for Comlex purposes. Pathoma was more than enough for pathology purposes.

If I added Pathoma for path, how would you precede with the other subject materials if I dropped DIT? I appreciate the help and as of now I am getting pathoma and think of doing what sylvn told me or buying a program or going to a live course if I can collect the money
