Failed COMLEX (report shown) - Any other advice?

I failed the COMLEX level 1. One of my lowest scores was in OMM/OPP. Besides Savarese, did anyone find any resources especially helpful?

Did anyone find any helpful resources for anatomy?

My score was a 355. I scored a 426 on the COMSAE. My screenshot is below:

Any other advice?

Study like no tomorrow and take it when you can. Try to have at least 75 points between your comsae passing, those vary a decent bit. Do some more q-banks. Comquest>combank.

FA for comlex is ok for OMT, but you should do the Q's in savarese if you didn't. Head/neck anatomy is good to know, as are the muscles in savarese

I would not just focus on omm/anatomy. Based on your score report you are weak in many areas. You can gain a lot of points in other subjects as well. Maybe it would be best if told us what resources you used and how you studied and then people can guide you on how best to improve your score.
