Failed courses in dental school

I'm curious,

How do Advanced Standing admissions comittee goes about an applicant who shows on transcripts that he/she failed or withdrew courses during dental school?

Are they too interested in that? Will that candidate have less chances than the rest?

I guess they'll just state it as No Pass or withdrawn ( if they withdrew then how did they graduate ? 😕 )

They will look at all the over all aspect before they decide, but I am sure this is not going to be a plus in their view.
