FAILED CS TWICE

Hi everyone, I severely need help and advice from this forum from anyone who can give it. I am an IMG, English is pretty much my first language. I passed CK and Step 1 with good scores. I failed CS ICE component the first time in Atlanta and i was pretty sure it was because i did not do proper differentials. I remember putting possible differentials for the chief complaint, but when looking at the entire patient picture, most of them were improbable. I re took the CS again and i was shocked to see that i also failed it again. I was so sure i would pass, as i studied so well to be able to narrow my differentials based on the entire picture. I failed ICE again. I am clueless as to what to do now. Studying again is pretty much useless because everything i read i feel i already know. Reading FA cases i can pretty much reiterate them word for word, i understand all the differentials. My patient note was good, i am doing focused PE, Like i said I'm clueless as to what to do now. Please if anyone is able to help me in any possible way please let me know. Maybe someone can give me a few scenarios on Skype and see what I'm doing wrong that would be helpful?

My school advises all students to take in Houston.... I have no idea why.

I'm so sorry you are going through this for the 2nd time. I can feel your pain. Did you do MOCK exam? Did you take any courses like Kaplan? Did you get your notes checked by any professional? What did you differently second time around. This terrifies me cuz I have to take it again just for ICE section. And I really don't want to fail it again. Now I'm going to be so OCD about it. God help us all.
