I am a DO student who has submitted the ERAS application for Family Medicine. I passed my COMLEX I and COMLEX II with flying colors. I also passed my USMLE step 1, but found out I failed my USMLE step 2 by 1 point. I am pretty devastated. I have received many allo and DO interviews, but would like to go into the Allo route. The Allo residency does not know that I failed my step 2 since I haven't released the updated scores out yet. Most of these programs accepts COMLEX step 2 scores, which I passed. Would it be okay if I went ahead with my COMLEX step 2 scores to see if I match or should I try to retake the USMLE step 2? Any advice would be great!
