failed step 2

Hi everybody...i am foreign grad with 87/87 on boards, good US recommendations from UCSF and tufts,with USCE.the black spot on my appl is my second attepmt on step 2 ..and yes..my scores are not sky rocketing top 5th percentile.Can anybody tell me if i have any chances of getting into anesthesia program..anywhere....i can explain my failure but i dont know if programs really give any importance to it...thanks.

i .graduated last year after i finished my internship...and as of now have done six months of anesthesia residency in my home country.

did you do internship in america or your home country? apply everywhere i guess. i would think that you would be able to get in somewhere if you are flexible where you would go.... although that said the word i am getting is that this year is the most competitive year ever... good luck
