I was just wondering how hard it is to actually fail out of dental school. Ive heard the hard part is getting in, and once people get in they usually dont fail out. Is this the case? That would suck to pay several hundred thousand dollars in tuition and then not be able to keep up and fail out. Anyone know that facts???

average "fail out", which might be more accurately classified as "do not pass" for some of thosee leave by choice upon realizing that dentistry is not what they had in mind, is around 5% across the board for all schools from start to finish.

If you're reasonably competent and willing to put in some work failing out is almost guaranteed not to happen.
