I am currently in a 2 doctor private practice, and we are in talks with the local hospital about employment. For those of you employed here, what are y'all seeing as far as the $ per wRVU?

I've spent a good deal of time researching online, but it has been quite difficult getting ranges for podiatry.

I think 45 is pretty average, that is what mine is. I have a friend who is at 55 and trying to negotiate higher. Have one friend who is around 37 but has lower threshold.
