Man accused of impersonating doctor at Sharp Grossmont Hospital

Must have been there for chips and donuts. No other plausible explanation.

Could be polymorphic VT...which actually might be an accurate representation of EKGs that he would frequently observe.

Is it bad that the first thought that I had was that the picture is a fake because he wasn't wearing a cap? I can just hear the nursing staff yelling at him to put a hat on.
