Fake norco, anyone know how?

Just read this article on yahoo and a dozen people ingested fake norco. Anyone here know how to press the norco tablet or generic with the proper markings? I have made aspirin before but that did not have a good shape. This could be a good money maker to make some aspirin with the norco markings and do some street dealing. Pain will be covered for sure. Not sure about getting high though.

I'm sure they just wiped a used fentanyl patch on some promethazine tablets.

Would intracranial hemorrhage qualify as an ASA high? Pungent degraded odor might be a dead give away though.
