For the applicants,
are we supposed to send the transcipts with fall 2003 grades to the schools directly in addition to PharmCAS?

I would definitely double check with each school to be sure. The deadline to submit your transcripts to Pharmcas is at the end of January, so get those in ASAP. Pharmcas doesn't forward the actual transcripts to your schools, only the GPA they calculated. If you're accepted, then you'll definitely have to send your official transcripts directly to the school so that they can verify everything.
